Les autres m\u00e9thodes de mesure des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles, comme la m\u00e9thode du trou incr\u00e9mental, la m\u00e9thode du trou profond, ne permettent que d\u2019obtenir un profil de m\u00e9thode est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux enjeux contemporains de mise en forme des mat\u00e9riaux :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.methode-du-contour.fr\/index.php\/fabrication-additive-d-waam-304l\/\">Fabrication additive des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques<\/a>, Soudage par friction malaxage (FSW).<\/p><p>Elle permet de donner une masse d\u2019information des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles en profondeur de pi\u00e8ces utilisables comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les simulations num\u00e9riques.<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode permet de r\u00e9aliser de nombreuses \u00e9tudes de reproductibilit\u00e9 ou de comparaisons entre diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s afin d&#8217;obtenir le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 optimal en fonction des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles mesur\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Son co\u00fbt et ses d\u00e9lais sont avantageux par rapport aux autres m\u00e9thodes vis-\u00e0-vis de la masse d&#8217;information collect\u00e9e.<\/p><p>La possibilit\u00e9 de mesures vis-\u00e0-vis de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie (complexit\u00e9 de la forme, grandes tailles) est tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e (aucune dimension g\u00e9om\u00e9trique maximale th\u00e9orique, seulement une limite des appareils de d\u00e9coupe et de mesure).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
